Heeeello! Here's a lucky shot I took of my dear kitty, Roadie! Isn't she adorable? :3
I started knowing I needed to take three pictures for my photography class: one taken inside, another taken outdoors, and a third photo that represents yourself. For the one that represents me, I originally planned to just take a picture of the notebook and piano, since I love music and writing/drawing. However, after discussing the assignment with my best friend, she told me that I should include a cat in the picture that represents me, since I'm a lot like a cat, according to her. Well, I probably am a lot like a cat, for the person who told me this has known me for about seven years
After over 100 shots (remember we only had to take three photos XD ), an uncooperative cat, and a bag of kitty treats, I had nearly called it quits when Roadie crouched behind my keyboard. I noticed if I looked at her at a certain angle, only her eyes would show. I quickly grasped the opportunity and received a picture I was actually pleased with.
This was taken by me and edited on iPhoto. This is not the version from Photography class, the one I edited and left in color on Photoshop. I will likely upload that version in time :3

Ah, yes, I recognized this as a black-and-white version of your RPProject avatar picture. It's very good! The scene feels balanced and dynamic with the carefully placed notebook and pencil. I can't quite put my finger on what else makes it aesthetically pleasing, but it is. Great job!
Ooh, do you play that piano much? I love music too, even though I don't know how to read notes or play any instruments....
