Seriously, I've been wanting to draw/color this for a while now. Before you is my OC surrounded by seals. If you don't already know, my character here is a selkie; a mythological creature that is a seal who has the ability to shed his/her skin and become human. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selkie They're one of my favorite mythological creatures :3

Most selkie stories are tragic, and the one behind this picture is no different...... It's a secret, though That's why he doesn't look too happy.

I inked this with artist pens, and colored with water color pencils. This was the first time I used water color paper (It's so much fun!). I don't have much experience with the water color pencils either, so there's definitely room for improvement. It was enjoyable nonetheless!

Still...why'd I have to draw this during Shark Week?! DX
